JESUS BOLIVAR
Over the past 15 years, I’ve navigated the high stakes world of McKinsey, dived into startup adventures, and embraced the transformative power of education and entrepreneurship. Scaling enterprise software from scratch to over $100 million, collaborating with sharp minds in PE and VC, and strategizing with founders and C-suite executives on B2B software has been my playground.
The heart of my journey beats strongest is for the education venture Open Minds Early School, a dream my partner Karen and I brought to life. We bootstrapped it from 0 to 80 children in the heart of Montclair District in Oakland California, fueled by our passion for innovative marketing, nurturing a family-like team, and crafting impactful educational programs.
My academic path at MIT and HKS, studying Aerospace Engineering and Economics, fed my curiosity about the world’s complexities. This curiosity turned into action as advisor to the Instituto Educacional Juan XXIII, guiding them through financial turmoil and tech investments for a sustainable future.
This journey has been filled with many failures, some successes, keeping a growth mentality and always learning something new from my colleagues.

Worked on marketing SITI’s solutions to the Venezuelan Government.
